WE Unlimited Storm.dll error

I just installed WE Unlimited into its own directory and now when i test my maps from WEU it gives me an error that "A required .DLL file, STORM.DLL, was not found." I uninstalled and reinstalled both WEU and Warcraft and it did not fix the problem. Any Ideas? Thanks.

P.S. I'm pretty sure that this isn't the right fourm for this question but I couldn't find an error troubleshooting fourm. Sorry.

Storm.dll should be found in your Warcraft directory. If it's not there please you can download it with several tools.
Anyway that's interesting, because weu doesn't use storm.dll at all.

Is your editor working? not WeU but just your editor?

My regular WE works fine, i've never had any problems with it, but the wierd thing is, is that WEU sometimes works and other times it doesn't, and it seems to be pretty random when it decides to work and when it doesn't :\

Seems to be a problem related to the patch loader (mpqdraft). I can't help there simply because I didn't program it.

Its not like software to just work sometimes and then not unless its crashing due to either a virus (although I doubt it) or you don't have enough system resources (virtual memory, hard drive space, etc.) Its certain that storm.dll doesn't just pop in and out by itself if the cause of the error is the work of another third party app mpqdraft like Pitzer said then contact them about it and maybe they can help.
