Whats wrong with this?

After using Oinkerwinkle's vertex editing program for a while, along with some basic mdl editing, I came up with this: A night elf who attacks with two swords

Anywho, for some reason this model (And its portrait, but I have a bad history with trying to get portraits to work) won't show up in game. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with it and how to fix it? (See attachment)

I appreciate and all help

Oh, and if anyone wants to know what I have done

Changed skin to that of the Warden
Changed the hair because most of it was alphaed out
Removed geoset 1, because it was the team colour geoset
Removed the wings

Heh, your basic problem's simple. For the texture path you used a forward slash instead of a backslash.

Zoom (requires log in)

Just change it to Image "Textures\IronRaven.blp", and you'll be fine. As for the portrait.. err, haven't done any work with portraits yet, myself, so youre kind of on your own in that regard until someone more knowledgable comes along.

How did you remove the hair and the geoset?

Bah, figures it would be something stupid like that -_-;;;; Portrait is probably the same thing, it would explain why every single time I try to make a portrait it always fails -_-

And for the hair I simply just deleted everything below the first alphad out part and then grabed two verticies and shoved them together, and I use your method on getting rid of geosets. Worked wonders with my Death Knight Undead Cammel/Horse/Thing I made today

Just wanted to check you didn't actually delete them, else that would screw the model.
