All I see is team color, and model shadow no skin?

I edited the big mortor dwarf model and it works fine in the Warcraft 3 viewer but when I import it into Warcraft Editor all I get is the team color parts and the units shadow on the ground. The skin doesn't show up, I checked the aplha channel and it's fine.

I saved my custom skin as a TGA at 32bit then I used War 3 Viewer to convert it to a BLP. I call the skin Strom, and I customed the texture path in the model so it looks for Textures\Strom.blp I have all that set just like I've always been told, yet I get nothing, nadda anyone have any ideas?

Sincerely,

Try using the origional filepath or coppy + pasting the old skin on the origional and resave.

if you edited the model, then the skin might not be compatible with it. the skin is based off the wrapping of the model. if you edit the model then the skin may not work.
