I have both Image Extractor II and Wc3 Viewer, however when I try to convert a TGA I made in Paint Shop Pro 7 it says it is not a valad TGA (for Wc3V I also tried it with JPG and BMP file types) even when I use eather program to convert a blp to TGA I cannot directly convert it back, am I missing a dll file or something or could someone just fix it for me?

Here is the origanal thead I posted it in

Paint shop pro doesn't like war3 skins that much, you need to get adobe photoshop and save them as a 32 bit picture, otherwise they don't work.
