Needs some serious shading, I understand what your trying to get outta this skin but dont you think the faceless ones would have been better to use LOL, anywayz shading is needed here and i see CNP, dont CNP ppl dont like it

but in time you will learn from you mistakes (like I did) and you will get better...

i'm dutch so yeah i could read that...

as for shinyness, just make it verry smooooooooooooth, and the highlights verry bright but thin, that oughta do the trick..

Is this any better? or should I be more extreme with the burn tool?

Hehe... thats the most origional skin I've seen in awhile... I love it when people take 1 skin and turn it into something completely different :). Anyway, you need more varied colors of pink in your skin, also the sword and the side leg pads need to be redone, they look all blurry.

yeah those pads and sword I just smudge the cnp to hide I'll try to come up with something original to replace the steel, and more different pink u say, ok, maybe i can ad some suction cups (or whatever its called) on the skin

eehm.. burn tool doesnt look so good on pink... try making a new layer on top of the flesh pink layer, abnd shade on that with a dark purple or nsomething. set the shade layer to 'multiply' and it should work like a charm ;)

furthermore, i'l like to see a in-game portrait shot if thats possible...

No to burn and dodge it right make the skin grey and then do the shading and after that make it pink again :D then add the highlights and crap

I'll try, and here's a shot of the portrait, the eyes go very well with the animation

Looks kinda wierd... the eyes are nice but the tusks don't fit, try to alpha them out. Also, see if you can get the squidy things to merge better with the face.

no dont alpha the tusks, that looks EXTREMELY silly, you should skin them so they look like tentacles, that would be lots better...

and indeed, you need the tentacles to merge a bit better with the rest of the face, like they are really coming out of it... you really need to make this good i dunno... its such a lewt idea it can become grande ^^

also i think you might want to make the neclace in the same style of the sword, so either make the sword 'eyish' or make the neclace 'seaweedish'.
i would prefer the seeweedish, i dont really feel them eyes...

I'll better go learn alpha-ing then or maybe color them pink
