Campaign Archer (should be simple enuf)

im not experienced at all in the model area of wc3 art, and so i may be wrong, but i think that this request should be fairly easy to do:
1) The Nightelf Sunken Ruins backdrop has a nightelf archer standing in it. make this archer an actual unit model
2) apply archer animations to this new archer model


or, could a skilled skinner replace the current archer skin with the one from this backdrop archer?
