I'm trying to play the cathedral sound. I think it's a 3d sound set I set the sound for center of a region and then I set it to play, but I don't here anything, I'm not sure why the sound's not playing? Anyone got any ideas? Sincerely, Strom Stonebeard |

Go into the Sound Editor and see if the volume of the Cathedral sound is at 127. It might not be loud enough. |

I know what to do, i had such a problem too. Go into the sound editor and doubleclick on that sound, then remove the tick from the "3D" and there you have it ^_^ |

You could either do what was said above, by TheReaper, or, if you want it to change volume and sound as you move away from a point, use the "Place 3D sound at point action. |

What I'm trying to do is, I have a Tavern and I want to play the rustle and bustle sound of the Catherdral when ever there in the Tavern, and as Soon as they leave it stops, or when they get a few feet away from the Tavern it stops. I'm making a multi player map so I need the sound to play for just the people in the Tavern, and not the whole map. Well..... ther's an action i don't remember right now (im posting from my freand) but there's an action like attach the sound to the trigger or stick the sound to the trigger, i cant remember right now, ill pot the sure ansuer later. |

No the sound plays now that I unchecked the 3d tag, but when I had the 3d tag set I had the play sound trigger, and set sound to point trigger in there, but they never played the sound for me. :( So I'm still not sure how to get it so the rustle and bustle cathedral sound plays while your character is in the Tavern, and then as soon as you leave the Tavern you don't hear it any more.
