Very ill Crypt Lord

The dryad ended up very nice ^_^ , so I moved on to this Crypt Lord in need of expensive medical treatment and a lot of medication.

I quite like how it's turned out so far..... what do you think of it? Is it not quite pestilent enough, or far too disgusting? (Although in truth if the latter were the case I'd be very happy indeed :> )

that dude must smell like... ugh, something bad....

the concept of it is coming along nicely, but the carpace lachs detail, its too plain. check on saikanns carpace-tut to improve it ;)

It's ok... but the colors are just a bit too bright. Needs to be more diseased too... make some spots where the carapace has fallen off and such.

Yea i second the christmass thing, darken the colors a good bit, that might help.

or do the exact opposite... brighten the green a lot... it'll look slimy ^ ^

nah... I don't think so...

The slime that you have dripping from his carapace should be more than just little lines... give it depth... make it look like blood... like the ichor that it is...

Another thing... the carrion beetle takes the textures from the forehead and horn... the upper arm... and lower arm... interesting...

and I think that the leg unwrap must be horrible for the CL... but there is nothing as bad as the unwrap of the Paly's hammer... nothing...

Another origional skin. It needs some shading and more of a "sick" look, but the eyes demonstrate that perfectly :P

Right, color toned down, slime made bigger and more obvious, more exposed flesh.

Beginning to look much more.... well, I suppose lovely is the wrong word....

MUCH better.

Looks like open flesh... and boogers (for lack of a better word)... very sick...

It's too bad that he has a symmetrical unwrap though.

I know, but the dryad was worse: it uses the chest skin for the back as well....

Still, at least the Carrion Beetles use the same skin to save you some time.
