i think he means one of two things:

1) how do you actually ANIMATE models in gmax, getting them to move, etc...

2) how you record animations onto a .gif animation file

if its the first one, i can give you a brief tutorial later

if its the second one, i think psp or photoshop has some sort of animation capture. i cant help you there...

and one last thing bubba, dont be so rude to people, the nicer and more assertive you are, the more people will help you.

ok, ill make up a small tutorial when i get home from school...for now, i have to be catching the bus ^_^ ill ttyl man

taking a picture of your model is real easy. u need the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard, and a paint program...say MS Paint. all u have to do is just pres that button a few times (cause sometimes it doesnt capture, idk why). that screen is on your clipboard. go into your paint program and paste it in there...ctrl + V. then you can crop it or resize it if u wish, but thats up to you...

good luck...
