Firstly I don't belive this should be here Secondly, that model is missing a texture Thirdly, the Portrait is imported to the wrong path. If you clicked on Seph ingame, you wouldn't get his portrait Forthly, that model you have on screen is... the portrait model. Probably a bug, the maker must have changed the names on them. Could also be because you don't have one of the textures imported |

I think your 4th point is right; he's using the portrait version. If even just one texture is missing the model doesn't load (I think). Also, that team-colored plane behind the body is something typical in portraits up strange in units. Make sure that you're pointing to the non-portrait one in the Object Editor and, if it still doesn't work, reimport the main model (by right clicking on it and selecting replace). |

The main Seph is missing a texture, because I've seen the texture paths from the model. It's missing "Effects Spectacular" or something to that degree, which is actualy downloadable seperatly, but is corrupted or has an error Enough about the model, like Oinkerwinkle said, give it a reimport once you find Effects and it should work fine |

This is very old lol but while its here ill tell you cause i found it out first you need to get the skin from here then for the path just leave it as sepiroth.blp or wateva by taking off the first part exept for the .mdx files then it should work it worked for me :D |
