Well, if your not feeling that LinkMasters course is up to snuff this will be the course for you. This is an advanced course, dealing primarily with programming concepts turned jass/gui. If you'd like to attend please vote as to which topic you'd find most valuable for you as the student. You are expected to know some jass, and have a programming background. You must have warcraft III TFT 1.15, pjass and perferably an environment like ultraedit32 but that is superflous. As far as how the course will be tought there will be alot of hands on experence and less blind copying of code. |

Well, this will be amusing. Seems like whenever there's something not quite right someone else will be there to challenge it. Anyway, I had no idea there was OO jass, probably demonstrating my in-experianced-ness. Any idea when the class will start? |

voted. Gamecache as an alternative to global variables Object Oriented Jass Memory Leak coding. (absurdly easy topic if your using jass) although i went though your backpack code and understand how you did everything, there are some overall questions i'd like to ask about gamecache. memory leak is also interesting object oriented stuff is also nice(but it has no point in being used without gamecache) if you have this class, i'll sign up |

I'd definately be interested in this. I know GUI pretty well, but Jass is still rather new to me. |

Well, hell yes. Sign me up. |

ok i hate JASS and will never use it, i just want to see how advanced you can teach me in GUI triggers, P.S. i know a crapload already, if you look at my maps around here |

Hell yes, this is what I've been waiting for. :> Count me in! Where do we meet and when? |

This might be too advanced for me, however I do wish to learn jass. And all of the topics interest me ^.^ |

If you don't use jass then get off my thread and don't come to the class either as your reading comprehension is nonexistant. As far as a meeting I'd be more then happy to start a first lesson tonight. |

Tonight as in what time? And while your describing specifics, what are you going to be teaching? |

The split of interest seems to be pretty even with only the intro to Programming Theory and Data Structure Trailing behind. Seeing that I probably will ignore those topics for the night and focus on things related to gamecache and its use in mimicing object oriented programming and the bugs to exploit to make it the all purpose tool it is. I'll ignore memory leaks as really its not a hard topic if your using jass, but if your using GUI it is. As far as time probably 7ish if we can get a group of takers. Do you know when you're getting to the other topics? Because it seems one of the two topics I wasn't interested in is one of the most popular... |

Damn, that's the main thing that I wanted to learn about..game cache. I have 11 more pages to write for an assignment though...due tomorrow. I'll see if I can come... Could someone please tell me where to connect? Irc address, port, group, etc. I've never used mIRC before. :( |
