Archimonde skin

Tried to make him look original, basically tried to give the effect that you can see inside of him and that he glows in many places. So I put some ripped holes into him and what not. The green can be changed to any color, but I think it looks very menacing.

The green looks like you slapped a gradient filter on. It appears that shadow is coming from area like the premade gradients. I've seen you do better work. This is kinda cool but nothing which defines it that much. Good work though.

meh... its a cool concept for the skin, but its definetly just not done yet...

burn the green some around the edges of where it shows, and dodge the middle a bit more... that would increase the glow effect tenfold.

other then that, try to shade the black and grey some more... right now its just all a bit meh...

Eh? I'm afraid I won't do any of the comments mentioned.

1) The center of his chest is streched an insane amount.
2) I really have no idea what you're talking about -- if I dodged the green you wouldn't get the glowing effect and it'd totally ruin the look I'm going for (look at a pumpkin for a good glow, you'll see what I mean).
3) The only place I'd consider shading the black would be on his upper chest, although I kept it darker there because of the shadow his head would throw onto that area.
4) I actually used the outer glow effect, and I'd like to see a better way to get a glow than what I did. If you think you could do it, go ahead.

Thanks, the only thing I don't like about it, other than the tail, would be his chest -- the wrapping there is godawful. Oh well~

did you try alphaing the tail? i'm quite curiouse to see if that would work... and if it would look good...

it does look nicely ingame with the sphere and all... and the purple version looks quite maddning...
