Campaign maps, I feel dumb asking...

I recently got back into playing WC3 and TFT and I wanted to try some map editing. I figured the best way for me to learn was to open up the campaign maps and see the different things that Blizzard did and that I was interested in, rather then bugging everyone.

Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time figuring out where the heck those maps are. I got the WinMPQ and I found *most* of the TFT campaign maps in war3xlocal. The problem is, I can't find *any* of the RoC campaign maps. I also can't find some of the TFT orc campaign maps. I was trying to figure out how they made a red inferno in one of the dungeons, but I can only find 5 of the maps and none of them are the ones I'm looking for.

Can anyone offer me any help in pointing out where to find the campaign maps for RoC and the missing ones from TFT? Any help would be appreciated so I can get started on teaching myself.

Thanks,

Steve

To speed your investigation, you can insert the type of file you're looking for in the bar at the top of WinMPQ, for example, *.w3x (expansion maps) and *.w3m (original maps). You can go back to showing all files by putting just * in the bar.

I believe that war3.mpq might hold all the RoC maps. At any rate, once you've filtered all the non-maps out in WinMPQ, it should be a simple matter to go through all the .mpq's in the directory and find what you're looking for.

I believe they just changed the tinting for the infernal model in the object editor. Like Red: 255 Green: 100 Blue: 100.
