Dwarven Citadel [WIP]

Hey,
this is a map i've been working for very long, let's say bout' ½ an hour ^_^
I was thinking to post some screenshots, so I did, but those are WIP, but you can still tell me what I should add/remove etc, I will post screens inside the citadel later! ;)

Cool. Let's see what is that? The backs of the outland statues, a scaled up nerubian wall, an archway, and a edited z-value gate. Good use of doodads.

I'm not sure if you can, but maybe skin those steps to match the buildings. It looks really good so far. Maybe add some units and things to add to the barren white landscape. Reminds me of the screenshots of WoW.

Nice job. how do u stretch doodads that much though? do u use WE unlimited?

Edit the X,Y, and Z values under doodad properties by double clicking the doodad or selecting it and then pressing "enter". X is left and right scaling, Y is up and down, and Z is vertical.

I know how to do it, i just wanted to know how he stretched the gate so much. I cant stretch doodads that far. Did he use a special editor?

all editors can do that. you just need to raise the editor- max scale value in the object editor

Can somebody tell me why those 1 meter long persons have doors of like 30 meters high? maybe in case they make a human tower of 30 dwarves sometime?

becasue it wouldnt look epic and imposeing on any invadeing force if it were only 2 feet high

Bah, I really suck at skinning, could please please someone skin this blp to become more snowish, like the Lordaeron Snowy Tree.

and 2 foot high psychotic fighting migits with huge beards and the most rediculous acents ive ever heard does?
back on topic. nice pic, i prefer the second one. as the doodads are so large the look a little bland unless fog and snow are covering that up
