Hey I've been having trouble getting 90% of the files in Mordrags Environment Pack to show up in world editor( yes i know to restart the editor to view imported files ), heres what is in the pack and the filepaths i used Heres whats in the Pack: AeriePeaksFir01CanopySki1.blp FurTreeYellow.mdx BarrensTreeLeaves05_copy.blp barrenstree01.blp arbre.mdx AeriePeaksFir01CanopySki2.blp FurTreeOrange.mdx FurTreeGreen.mdx Treepack.txt LeafTreeBig.mdx OrangeShrubbery.blp YellowShrubbery.blp Ruins_Shrub3.mdx Ruins_Shrub4.mdx Ruins_Shrub5.mdx Ruins_Shrub6.mdx Ruins_Shrub7.mdx Ruins_Shrub8.mdx Paths: UI\Glues\Singleplayer\Nightelfcampaign3d\AeriePeaksFir01CanopySki2.blp UI\Glues\Singleplayer\Nightelfcampaign3d\AeriePeaksFir01CanopySki1.blp Textures\Barrenstree01.blp Textures\BarrensTreeLeaves05_copy.blp Textures\LeafTreeBig.blp OrangeShrubbery.blp YellowShrubbery.blp Ruins_Shrub3.mdx Ruins_Shrub4.mdx Ruins_Shrub5.mdx Ruins_Shrub6.mdx Ruins_Shrub7.mdx Ruins_Shrub8.mdx For the Shrubs,to use them, import them, and add 6 more variations to the Shrub doodad in the editor All that text is from the readme, I tried using the shrub method he said and it didn't work, I've tried making new doodads using the custom mdx's for trees - they dont show up, i've tried basing the custom tree mdx's on destructibles, they still don't show up, I've tried everything to the point of frustration - however the arbre.mdx shows up when i base it on the doodad bush. Has anyone out here shared the problems I'm speaking of? Anyone have answers? (*note I'm using WEU editor, does this affect my problem in some way*) *EDIT: i noticed my environment pack is missing Treepack.Txt that might be important :( |

I used to have that problem too, but I got all of the trees working except for the shurbs. The treepack.txt is just like the readme.txt except it doesn't include some of the things in it. It does tell you to make the arbre tree look less dry to include the barrens tree skin thing. You might need to make a folder in your warcraft directory with those paths in it and place the files in there to get it to work, but this would only work for you and not if you send it to other people. The object editor should look like the screenshot I included. |

Hmm. I got the fur trees to work. For all those custom doodads I used the mushroom so that they have no pathing and then I just changed the model to the appropriate imported models. |

What is the model/path for the "green arbre"?, you know the one that looks like an arbre but have got green leaves. Vagabond- (My new avatar pwnz, but let's not get off topic :>) |

Oh in the treepack.txt it says to make the arbre tree look green you need to include the BarrensTreeLeaves05_copy.blp; without it it looks all brown and dry. (Your avatar looks funny. What is it exactly?) |

Right here. I think this is it. It should have all the files that Pyro listed. If it's missing any just post which ones your missing and I will upload them. |

Umm explain this a bit more I've tried everything and have given up on the shrubs, I just want the green and orange fur tree's to work and they are custom mdx's so would putting a folder in war3 dir with the mdx's make any difference? |

Probably not since they are model files and not the textures/skins/.blps. I am not sure why it won't work for you. It works fine for me. Although one of those furtrees is completely useless since it looks just like the elveswood tree. The other 2 are just different colors. |
