THANKS YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS I HAVE JUST UPDATED THE GUIDE DUE TO SOME BROKEN LINKS :D .

For all of you people who don't know what certain triggers do in the World Editor heres the deal.

I tried to download TheJ89's HTML version of his trigger guide and it was a dead link so I had some free time on my hands and made a new HTML version of this guide.

It took many hours around 20 probably but I finally got this guide into HTML format organized and easy to use it was loads of work and hand-coding. You can download it below all the goodness of this guide on the boards in one zip file. Just unzip this file and place the exe file on your desktop and click it like an icon and the tutorial opens.

The exe file is actually all the html files compressed into a browser app which will launch when you click it. If I made the guide with frames without this app you would have about 5 different html files to keep in one place to run the thing.

I worked very hard getting this guide into this format and I can't imagine how much work it was to write :o .

Post comments if there are any here :D .

Oh almost forgot the first zip file the browser applet will only work for Windows unless you have Lindows which it may work with but I'm too lazy to test it ^_^ . Anyways for those of you Linux people out there or any other operating system. Download the second zip file for the html source just load the index.html in your browser :D .

Very nice job. I can see the effort put into this. This shouldnt drop off the thread list for a while, because of the effort and just the generic usefullness. GJ.

I think it should be a sticky too ;) hope a mod sees it soon. Since it would save most people from asking questions about triggers that have been answered many times before.

If it isn't seen anytime soon, it is possible to tell it to a mod by PM, IRC or someother way. MSN or AIM or so.

Sorry to kick this thread to the top again but does anyone know what moderator I can contact to see about getting this post stickied or put somewhere where everyone can view it like the tutorials section perhaps. Since it explains about all the triggers of Warcraft it has generic usefulness.

You probably shouldnt ask for sticky as it makes you look ... err... I dont know... You should just submit it to the tutorial section.
