Hey, I need help when trying to make stairs (made of tablenolegs.mdx). First I use the pathing NONE to place them as I want, but (as said in earlier threads) when I change it for i.e. Invisible Platform the table's move and look all retarded... can't get this to work, somone who could help me? *prepares to send rep points* :> Vagabond- |

I think it might be because invisible platforms are kind of large and unlike mushrooms can't be stacked so close to each other so while the doodad you might have looks small the actual pathing is larger than that. So this makes the tables move. |

Invisible platforms have a different pathing map than mushrooms. I think it's in the shape of ashenvale tree pathing, which is a square about 4 grid squares (the smallest ones) by 4 grid squares. If you start with the pathing set to none, and change it to invisible platform pathing map, then the doodad will conform to the pathing, as in it will move to fit where the pathing fits. Instead of changing the pathing of your stairs to invisible platform, try placing invisible platforms underneath the stairs, at the correct level for each stair, to make them walkable. |
