screenshot is TOO far away too basic of a skin, absolutely no shading 1. fill in skin 2. get red brush, splatter blood everywhere 3. <what you're missing> add shading for shadows, scales for a demon..., and your own attachments |

i bet converting it into a .blp and importing it in WE took you more time than to make the skin itself. wtf is that, you took a tan brush and painted him all tan, then took a red brush and skillfully did random shapes. nice thing the thread's name is The Demonic Child otherwise i wouldnt have known what is it. 10/10 for realism. 10/10 for hard work 10/10 overall. |

Wow, amazingly this ugly pos that looks like 2 mins was spent on it is still better than all the panda skins out there. |

Yea that is a horrible skin, do you have paintshop or photoshop? Eh anyway, learning to texture takes time, lots and lots of time, you should look on google and look up some tutorials. |

I knew that the person who did this would be young, it takes time to develop artistic talent, its been proven that once you reach your teens and have been constantly working with art you'll finally begin working with shade and lighting. I didn't expect much from the kid, but that doesn't mean it doesn't suck. I'm not going to spare his feelings for the truth. |

Yes no one should ever hold back. People will never learn if they don't hear the truth. |

eeehm... teens? i've learned that most people stop drawing when they reach their teens... just stop... how can you JUST STOP?? meh... whatever... i'm gonna get all sentimental and ramble about the importance of art in my life and that i would be nothing without it but meh, nobudy wants that... i actually discovered shading on my own, a long time ago, with 'normal' art... just by looking at stuff, thats what this guy needs to do, just look at stuff, carefully look at other peoples (good) skins, but also look at bad skins, read the crits, soak it all up... thats how i learned... but i have that unfair advantage thingie going on... allready had good PS knowledge, i got a tablet, and i'm 18... wich is a great advantage in experiance over 13 ^ ^ |
