Here are a few pics of my life of a peasant style map. Every bug you see is there because this is still a very early alpha ver. of the map. The buildings might seem a bit too big, but thats because yu can actually enter them all. Very good (and funny) I like the way you used the doodads for the in-game screenie, also a good idea for the roof, overall very good, trim it whit fog and doodads and it will be perfect! :> Vagabond- |

Nice. What did you use for the disco floor though? Let me know when its finished. :D I love maps like that, and this looks like it will better than LOAP. Thats assuming the trigger work is as good as the terrain that is... |

wow, very very nice, like rainbow_god said, much better than the original LoaP, much much better, I like your use of doodads, I think I like the disco screen the most. |

Thx guys. Since I saw how your map pics look in other treads, it really puts weight to it when you say you like mine ;) Disco floors = elevators I hope this map will be as good as the original LOAP, couse that map really was a great inspiration. I wont blab out everything you will be able to do in this one, but here are some features: -You can play as: the police, one of the 3 mobs (the russians, the haitians, n the jakuza), or as a peasant... duhh ^_^ -Peasants pay taxes to the cops. They also pay "protection" to one of the mobs, if they want. Example: A peasant owns a store. He must pay a % of his profit to the russians, who are treathning him, or they`ll plan abomb in his store. It takes the bomb 35 sec to blow up. It can be defused by a cop unit (bomb squad)... but if the peasant didnt pay taxes... bye bye store -Many, many jobs (will listen to any suggestions on new job ideas) -You can buy houses, stores, clubs, restaurants, cars... Ok ill stop now. No point in revealing everything... |
