Problems with my wc3 Editor!

Excuse me, but im having a problem, everytime i open wc3 map editor my computer crashes and restarts, what is going on?

my old slow computer never does this, on this faster comp it does alot of crashing...

i wanna make my own maps soon :(

please help!

You've tried re-installing Warcraft 3, and you don't have any modified files in the directory that could be screwing it up?

i reinstalled it and it still don't work!

Re-Installed completely?
And you use the latest patch aswell?
No custom editor?
No virus/trojans/spywares exsisting?
What OS?

etc, etc...

Ok.. Here's what I would suggest....

Save your map somewhere besides the War3 Folder (Like the Desktop for example)
Uninstall Warcraft 3
Delete the Program Files folder.
Reinstall.

If that doesn't work, I'd run a virus scan on your computer to make sure it's clean.

Uh, just a quick note, don't delete the Program Files folder. Delete the Warcraft III folder withing the Program Files folder.
