Need help with Icon Implimenting

I've searched the boards, haven't really found anything reguarding my problem. When I upload icons for heros, etc. I direct them to their appropriate path. For some reason ingame/editor instead of the icon showing I just get a transparent square. Any help would be appreciated

Means you have an opaque alpha layer.

Any suggestions on how to correct that?? Clueless newbie here sadly :\

Err... not Opaque, it's all white... And yes, convert the icon (which shoul be in .blp form) to a .tga, and open it in whatever photoediting program you use, and find a way to get to the channels, and make the Alpha layer all black. If you don't understand, Attach the icons in a .zip, and I'll do it
