I find it is more interesting for the modeler if he knows why he is doing a certain task so I have put my reasons before the actual request. PROBLEM: Don't you hate maps so full of units that either you or somone you are playing with is always lagging? This was a great problem of mine. :\ I had an interesting idea though; instead of making loads of small men to fit into a map, I would make a crowd of men count as one unit! I naturally chose the crypt fiend projectile art as the crowd (they are so small, nobody will be able to tell) and I decided to call them regiments, my inspiration being warhammer fantasy. A small problem occured though: Nobody could tell whose regiments were whose because the spiders had no team color! Because of this, I decided to attach banners onto them (so it looks like a crowd waving a banner) or even better, make the banner the unit, and attach spiders to it necause the banner actually has a face portrait. Unfortunatly, neither spider swarms nor banner actually have any attachment points to put the banner/spiders on! :o REQUEST: My request is really very simple (though I wouldn't know). I would really like somebody to create an "origin" attachment point for the orc and human "capture the flag" flags. This needs to be at the very bottom of the pole. Thank you for your support. |

I didn't actually test attaching to these, but it should work. Tell me if it doesn't and I'll fix it. |

thx. Don't really have time to test them out but I will. been rather busy and just discovered by dwarves and goblins idea has already been taken (signature has been removed). |

I have now tested the flags out. It works really well so thank you very much. The death animation seems to have been removed from the edited models meaning that the flags hang around before disapearing. Would it be possible to put it back or is that impossible now that tags have been attached? |

The flags never has death animations. Can't you just use a trigger to remove them on death? |
