Pathing blocker where some can go though

I need a pathing blocker doodad where only player 11 can go through but none of the other playeres can. Is that possible?

Technically, no, but you can trigger it. Just make it so when player 11 comes near it, remove it, and then when he goes past it, put it back. Make the regions small enough that no other unit can fit inside them.
