That's Sandro's cybernetic arm. It can hold a hell of a lot more weight. And good work Death... I'm liking Hellraiser even better now... he looks more badass... cool. and you know what sucks? It seems that our section is limited to 2 pages now... weird... and we're limited to 1 gallery page... weird again. icbm1987 |

Probably webspace problem since gallery threads are huge since we have 20 pics or so... making almost every gallery 10mb or something. And that 2 page section is probably because now we have off-topic and other divisions making stuff more classfied at a price. I like the hellraiser, your drawing style is cool, the concept scene (third pose) i like it very much very nice pose and execution she has a nice urban costume design. The weapons are... meh... Your character K' has a confusing arm... you seem to like disproportioned weapons for your characters which is not a bad thing. Sandro is good but I dont like his bigass cannon and that cybernetic arm that can carry super heavy stuff... I like his boots ^^b Try inking and making better hands. Inkin really clears up the lines and makes a drawing less confusing and more dynamic. And the hands... it took me sum time b4 I saw that K' was holding his right arm with his hand since his hand was just a... blob... Stick figure ogre ownz :p |

Use a ruler to draw your guns. Every gun of yours that I've seen is bent. If you don't want to use a ruler, learn to draw straight lines. It's easy to draw strait lines if you use your entire arm instead of just drawing from the wrist. More capability of motion when you draw from the elbow or shoulder. On your shaded drawings, vary your line weight to define where things go. Like in that fox picture, I can't tell where his arm is, or if that thing next to his head is another head or an arm. If you make the outline of your character bolder and thicker than the detailing lines, then I think you're pictures would be easier to understand and they'd be more defined. Line weight will also help in separating the shaded parts from the outline. |

yea, the guns are bent. makes me laugh too. i'll think i'll use teh using the whole arm technique instead of using a ruler. much easier and less equipment. and candy, i do ink, i just feel like inking stuff at this time of the year. and then there's lazyness where i just make the fingers undefined. so yea... heh, a blob. what else is there to answer?.... |

guns r bent for a comical reason... well that was my guess |

:o Personally,i think it's great, though the robot needs a more hardened look if u will...then again it is still only a sketch on most of the robot...And i also think it could be using a bigger gun.it would look cooler, well thats my worthless opinion. :D |

ha ha. bent guns. i could imagine. "wtf! this gun fires upwards!" *bang* *bullet goes flying straight up* and carebear: in my opinion, you have to know how guns work to actually make gun the look good and... need a word... logical? i've seen some guns, which make me think, how the hell can that shoot? so yea... then when you have that down then you can go with the cool details and stuff like that. like most of all the pistols that i draw are based on desert eagles, berettas and glocks. and then i add stuff onto it and play around with designs. |

My favorite pic here is Sandro, though I think he needs to be braced a little more . . . unless he's using the, uh, what's the word, 'backlash' of the cannon to keep himself upright. Where does he store that thing anyway? Does he have extradimensional pockets? |

well, like Oz, said or noticed, the mechanical arm can hold alot more wieght. i also tried to make it look like he was aim down a bit so when it fired, the kick will correct his aim. and for the storage question, no he doesn't have any extradimensional pockets. he store's them in crates and under the floors of his hq or base, what ever you may call it. and in the battlefield, some other person carries it out. |

Well, yes, I am aware of that - I was addressing the issue of balance. Strength can't keep you from tipping over if you're overbalanced, after all - unless your feet are capable of literally gripping the floor. Thanks for answering the other question - I was curious. |

Hmmm... feet clamps... an Idea implemented in the Gundam series that could very well translate over to sandro's boots... interesting... icbm1987 |
