Here is a old alpha version for a TBS-in-development. http://wct.wc3campaigns.com/Warcraft...tics-demo1.w3m What you'll need too do is to design a interface, that is, deside how the player will control everything. Then you'll have to design the gameplay map. I mean, dude, there are 100's of different TBS's, it can range everywhere from just having each unit have limited action, and to having a complete gridded map, etc. But to tell the least, it will all be really trigger intensive, so unless you're a expert, I would reccomend ya not too bother. Not only is the control and gameplay fundementals hard to design and trigger (in WC3), but you'll also have to create your own balance-system, like Stat-system and stuff.
