MDL to 3DS converters?

Is there one? If so, can you point me to a download for it?

but it exportes without the animations, and its on a german side, www.warcraft.de under tools

I looked though tools and i couldn't find any mdx to 3ds converters.

You can use Biturn.

ya biturn is nice for it, the only problem is that those 3DS can't be opened by 3D Studio Max 6. the only prob is that it doesn't convert back 3DS to MDX
