a tablet... a wacom tablet?

its a plastic slab jammed with sensors and touch-sensitive stuff... with it comes a little pen, now if you touch the tablet with the pen it works like a mouse... only touch-sensitive. you can really just draw on your computer with such a thing... when you press harder or softer diffrent stuff happone, depending on what you want to happone...

The only reason you shouldn't get a tablet, is if you cant afford it ;)
Its really so much easier (and better?) to skin with a tablet.

Sansui I believe Saikann skins with a tablet. I've always used a mouse. I used a labtop touch pad before. Thats a bitch.

Tablet = Computer artist's best friend.

It makes the process faster.

I have a tablet and I feel that skinning with a mouse is just fine. When it comes to drawing, ya a tablet is priceless, but drawing and skinning require different processes and I find the mouse works better with skinning purely because Im more used to a mouse. As I said before, much easier to draw with tablet, but I find the mouse more maneuverable around photoshop's interface

Intuos 2! Argh but my pc is so junk these days I cant multi task and stuff, basicly Ive got half an hour per pc session, then it jams, its extremely annoying when the autosave file after the crash is an invalid file, making me restart art many times.
