can someone make this model..???

I really wanted to make these guys' hats but.. I couldn't.. the first person was called "Gil dong Hong" he was a leader of chivalrous robber.. and second one are pictures of Hwoarang(if you know Tekken, then maybe you've already heared this name.). they were soldiers of Silla.(the old country that lay at the place that korea lies..)

I only need their hats. but.. if someone can make their skins... then please let me see your works please..(I wanna use male archer model for hwoarang..)
