hero revive trigger

how do i go about doin the revive window timer to revive a hero?
i have 10 players for the game and every players a hero
hence i would have about 10 timers

any when they die they timer would appear and when the heros are revive the timer will disappear.

the time for the timer are set with the following formula level of hero X 30 seconds.
