Modeling Request

Alright, I'm trying to make a map with realistic wars and whatnot. The problem is that I don't have a model of a landing pad for the air units.
The landing pad has to have 4 towers around it and a small flat octagon in the middle. Also, can you stick the Apache Helicopter model(http://wcwarehouse.samods.org/models.php?page=hitech) on the octagon.
It needs 4 animations,
Birth, like a normal human building birth animation,
Stand, just the model
Morph, the helicopter in the middle lifts up and disappears,
Stand Alternate, just like normal stand except without the helicopter
