Pushy night elf

I tried smudge tool - things i made were even crappier than Bush's decisions. Then i tried push tool, and made something that can actually be called pic. Kinda crappy and blurry, but hey, its my 1st try and took me only 15 mins =p

"Push" is one of tools in PSP7... Thought its in PS too :( I may finish this one later...

make his forehead less hairy, to let his face be seen. like push his forehead hairs somewhere else. otherwise, in few years at this rate his face will completly be covered with hairs. i nonethelessly like the glow effect you added... it catched my eye. and changing the hairs wouldnt be a bad idea at all. the purple and blue you used almost looks the same. maybe add yellow lightning on the eyebrows, that'd be good. hope i helped.
