Errr Moutain King Weird???

ive alpha out a part of the beard on the mountain king and its stange, its still there on the unit and its worked in the portrait, beside that the face look good on the unit but on the portrait its all screwed up wat the hell is wrong?

No matter i got rid of the problem...
