Where can I get the advanced World Editor?

I know I used to use UMSWE but I can only find the 4.1 beta unless thats the newest version, but if someone can give me a link to the most advanced map editor out or what people use these days, I'd appreciate it.

Seriously now, if you look around, you'll find what you're looking for. The WEU and UMSWE threads always have the newest version on the first post. Look there.

There is no full release of UMSWE available (the old version yes, but it's only 1.12 compatible).
Other than that you might want to use WEU.
