Help me edit this model

I've been modifying this campaign screen for some time and some problem still persist. I managed to skin and alpha out a lot of things but some seem to stay(the snowflake for example). To put it simple, I would like to have all the element in the red circles removed one way or another(and add water if it has created big holes.. and if needed).

The one who do this for me will be named in the credit and will receive reputation(I can give plenty with my rep level).

BTW, If you are interested in skinning part of it, go ahead I would appreciate.

EDIT: I cant attach mdx/mdl(too big) so if you have trouble extracting the model from the mpq, msn me and I will send the file to you(and the skin too if you want to edit them).

I think I may try this, though I won't be able to add water. I;m get good at editting models, but I may not be able to do it.
Also, what is it called in the MPQ?

what about frostmorne it needs to go beacause im so sick of stupid forstmorne it makes me sick to look at it

Maybe reshape it but the arm must hold something else he will look strange.

Anyone that know what can make(and how to fix) the frostmourne flash and the cape copy please tell us how. I can send the mdx to you if you want to do it yourself.
