20 post requirement for private forums

As the title aptly states, there is an annoying (for me) 20 post requirement for joining a private forum. This is quite annoying because my and my friends are making a project but most of them have never heard of wc3c and the others dont have enough posts. Since people have to actually invite them, why is there still a post requirement? Is there anything I can do about it?

You could post for them (until they've all got 20).

True, but, it just seems like a waste of time. Why do they need 20 posts anyways...

The other problem is he just left so I cant post for him now.

It's just a beta-test feature anyways. I imagine it would be a much higher requirement if actually put in place.

Oof. This is bad, perhaps I should get a different forum...

Although I still dont see why invited people need the posts... Creaters of the forum, yes, but people invited?

While I'm asking questions, how do you publicize a thread?

Start a public thread about your mod, get their count up to 20, then PM me to move the thread to your forum.

Ok. I guess I can live with that, but I just found a more servere bug. I cant type in names to invite longer then 16 characters. I was trying to invite Illusion of Saftey but all I get is Illusion of Saft, even when I CnP. He could just change his name, but in the meantime whats going on?

Err... its been a bit and it still hasnt happened, maybe it slipped your mind, I dont mind as long as it actually gets done :P

Either that or you can change his name in the post.

eheh the coding is in hex(1-16) so adding another hex number to it double the time of work... Patience is required.
