colored warcraft art

ok im gonna come right out and say this first, so no one asks if i did it or not.

The following three images (maybe more to come) are not my creation. I used the B&W versions of them, and colored them in. I just want to see how the WC3C community likes them (or doesn't like them)

the first one i did was of grom hellscream, its not bad. next is of a shaman. the last one i did is of a mortar dwarf. enjoi.

please read the above message, so that when you tell me "but flamesforzuljin, you didnt draw those. samwise and metzen did." i wont flame you or give you a bad rep for not being able to read.

dont use jpeg, its craptasticly horrible, use png, it MAY be a tad bigger in size but in the long run its better

anyways...
nice job on the blademaster, you used thick lines like erw, but could use a tad more shading, and the orange flag aint the best color choice

the shaman looks great, but it also looks a tad pixelated, needs shading too

lol...i used paint. cause i used my upstairs computer, which doesnt have psp8. only MS paint. yup...theyre all pixelated wird. when i save em as jpeg or jpg, it makes it weird and stuff. but seriously, it makes it NOT be solid colors. o well. i gotta deal. i might do one or two on psp8, down here.

Dude... 5 words... DO NOT USE GODDAMN PAINT. paint is good to make fun of something, but not to color... I think. Now because of you i want to try it. Curse you =p

K... as Muo said... if you are serious about doing that... DO NOT USE PAINT.

Use your other comp that has PSP or PS or whatever.

these really need some major shading dude... That's what paint lacks... the ability to shade well.

Color choice is good... although I don't think the original authors of the work appreciate what you are doing...

Do not take colored works and try to color them... just take basic lineart... because:
1) It's easier to color
2) You color it in your own way w/o being influenced by how it was originally colored.

and ms paint can shade, but your gonna need very good patience and ability with paint

the outlines are much too busy too be colored in paint, a plain one-color approach just doesnt suit these lines... at all.

you can shade with paint, i've seen jacinthe do some fabulouse stuff with paint really... it is possible. use 1 pixel brushes and cross-hatch a lighter and darker shade to create more shades.
