Footman Mod

I recently came up with an idea for a good project i'm going to devote some time to, but i need just one model at the moment for my main character. If it's not to much trouble for somebody, would you please make me a footman with the head of a villager, or in otherwords a helmetless footman. Then after thats done, please take out the footman's sword and shield from the model so I can add different things to it. And lastly, i need two animations added to the model, a spell animation where he just stands straight with his left hand to his side, and he raises his right hand in the air then puts it down, and a channel animation exactly like the bloodmage's channel animation. A portrait would also be nice so you can see the model when you click him. I would greatly appreciate this model and put the moder's name in my map when it is completed. :D
