Who else wants Blizzard to give us a - Special Effect - Destroy All Special Effects in Region - Action. That would solve so many problems that you couldn't even count them. Who agrees with me? |

Really, though, you should just assign all your special effects to variables and destroy the ones you need. |

But Variables leak too, not as much, but enough that I don't want to creat a hundred of them for Special Effects |

Errr,. While i'm not sure what ForgottenLight means... eh. I'd rather love if they had a: Remove all Un-referenced Locations/Unit-Groups/whatever. In fact, i don't get why it isn't done automatically, becouse the game keeps count behind the scenes how many references a object has, but it doesn't do anything with that information. Anyways, just make those variables, you could also learn JASS, then you don't need a single SFX global variable in your map. :P ~Cubasis |

And if you didnt know, make arrays for groups of variables and destroy them all with a for loop. |

Last time I checked, there wasn't a "Destroy Variable" funtion, or do you mean assign all the Special Effects to an Array, and then use a loop to destroy all the effects in the Array. But to use that for what I wanted to do would take like four different arrays, unless I wanted to manually assign the SFX to the array each time... |
