How do you scale meshes?

As the topic says, how do you scale meshes in the .mdl?
I do not have 3DS, and Milkshape doesn't open the .obj I converted to correctly...

EDIT:
Nevermind.
I know, try everything before posting, I know...
But I DID try everything I could... then I got this insane idea of replacing the vertices of all the stuff I wanted to shrink to { 0, 0, 0 }. It worked.

Definitely insane. You can make use of bone scaling.

You can use the GeosetTranslation program in the stickied MDL tool pack thread above. It has scaling boxes you can use.
