Can someone animate this (popular) model? Elven {lotr} spearman (Milkshape hates me)

Someone wanted this but since I'm such a milkshape moron and can't help getting zero joints errors I'll see if anyone wants to take the project on...

I've included two versions - the one with all the animations - which are botched but maybe salvagable - the other with just the run animation which works fine...

there's mdxs and milkshape files

plus the texture...

Anyone can take these and do what they want...

Its not, his Milkshape decided to pull the old Zero Joints problem on him... And not only am I the world's worst skinner, I'm also the world's worst animator... I think

And I think I could transfer animations over if any model actualy had a cape and spearish animations... But none do
