Range n Speed Issues

OK im kinda fed up with these limit removers, ive tried EVERYTHING UMSWE, WEU, WEnolimits,... they all failed in this category. i cant gets my units to attack fast or shoot far! i made a unit with a .05 cooldown. it keeps the cooldown when i save the map but it only attacks like 3 times per second! and as for range, i set it to 3000 for another unit. but it can only shoot 1600 ingame. and its VERY EVIL!!!!11 I know they cant be done SOMEHOW cuz ive seen them in other games.... Help me Dr. Phil!

to set range give it an aquisition range of 3000 since that limits the max attack range, its at the top above the splash damage area stuff. Attacks per second you need to edit the Animation Attack Damage point to be 0.05 and Animation Attack Backswing Point to be 0.05, these two are near Aquisition range. Damage point is how many seconds after the units attack anim is started that the projectile will fire, Backswing point is how long the unit will continue its attack animation (i think) but it also limits the speed that unit can attack.

but isnt aquisition range the range that it will get angry at enemy units?
(if im correct)is there a way to make the max range 3000 but not make him an aggresive bastard?

The range can maximal be the aquisition range!
If aquisition range<range then range=aquisition range!

Aquisition range is the range at which a unit will engage an enemy, it also limits the units firing range, its firing range CANNOT BE LARGER THAN THE AQUISITION RANGE.
