I am trying to replace the obsidian statue and destroyer model with the egyptian style one from the beta model pack, I place them in the patch mpq and they don't show up it ends up being invisible and unslectable where i can only see the shadow, I am positive I am doign everything right I already put the shadow hunter with the wooden mask in and it shows up fine, What could it be that's causing this? wrong texture path?

just for legal information, you don't have the right to change any content of
war3 / war3x / war3patch / war3xlocal.mpq

to test such things, try to create a custom map, import all models to the right path and test it. if it does not work, perhaps the file's path is not the same in the beta than in the final verion, i don't know and canot tell you without access to the files.
don't forget that you have to restart WE after importing the files to make them visible in WE or to test the map to see them in War3.

another way is to create a custom mpq (use WinMPQ for exemple), to load all required files inside to the right path and then to open it with War3Viewer.
