is there any good tutorials for making attachments?
or can somebody just make a quick one?

Get the slow aura (tornado) spell, give it a target art, change the rest of the fields such that it affects no units as all.

It will create whatever you put as target art on the unit with the ability. Other methods are using the Sphere or Orb of XYXYXY spells.
