Sound Problem

Ok, I am having a sound problem with a set of triggers i made for a spell. When it is activated it only rains and flashes like i say but the sounds do not work. My monsoonloop and my rumbling thunder. Monsoon is to loop forever until the rain is gone and the thunder happens every so many seconds.
