Need help, with a messed up model, adding Glow

hey if some can help me reply here but i have the next problem:

i created model with the tutorial of ARI to attach glow, and it was attached but there is a problem with animitions, c when it have none animations it is ok but when he is making an animation it meshed up and get in disorder

Here is the Model and his back up( doesn't have the glow but works fine).

i think the problem is with the bones

I got the SAME PROBLEM!??!!

well to fix error all what is needed is to add 3 to each vertex in vertex groups
