I made the same thing about 6 months ago. It was in the tutorials section, feel free to try looking for it. It was hi res of course, I also removed the tatoos and give him a some extra features. I dont know if Kuramaroze is still around but if mine is not available on the forums he may still have a copy.
To comment on your skin, from whats visible in this tiny screenshot, his eyebrows look too large. Could you get a closer shot?
