Custom Loading Screen cropping exact measurements?

I am making a custom loading screen for a game i am making, and, well im not sure how to evenly crop the 4 sections perfectly... Im using Photoshop CS, is there anyway to type in the dimensions you want to crop, or something that shows you the dimensions that you are cropping?

Erm, yeah but thats not quite what im asking, I mean while cropping an image, in this case, the 1024x728 loading screen, i need 4 exact croped sections, in other words i need to split the image into 4 exactly measured parts. But, i have no way to know the dimensions of my cropping until i have cropped it.

use the rulers in the view thingy look at the markers then crop I think shuold work

heh heh, well i got the rulers down, but 512x512 in inches is 7.111 im not to sure how to get that with rulers. Argh...

I think u can change im to inches in preferneces or somewhere else I m not sure tho'

Ah yes i see, i got them into pixels, thanks, anyhow, its still difficult, to get exactly the right number, but ill deal with it.

just give me the pic and ill do loading screen and btw the top right and left have to be 512 x 512 but the bottom right and left have to be 512 x 256 good luck
