Ok, i can tell you ve been putting work in shading and that's great, but... I've been staring at the pic for 5 minutes, and i still can't tell if it's clothes or armor that he's wearing..
the gold color makes me think it's armor, but the shading in the crouch area makes me think it's clothes.
(I don't know the warcraft storyline, but i remember him from warcraft I... good idea to remake him !!)
Its soppost to be armor, it took a lot of alpha editing to make it look like armor. The upper armor (by head) doesn't look so armorish, if anyone could mess with that part of the model to make it feel more like armor that would be very nice. It was origionally clothes, so its hard to change it. The head gear was origionaly going to be one of those things from diablo (think peasant's crown) but It looked horrible in game so I took it out. Anyway I still need suggestions for the staff.
Just one thing you should do is add an other gold line to separate the armor on the upper part of the legs. And try to remove the white line on the crouch cuz it draws attention to it for no reason...(or am i just a pervert?)

for the staff, i think it just needs recoloring as it allready is pretty necrolytish.
