negative reps...gone?

i noticed today that all my negative reps were gone from my rep table. did something happen? bug?

I think they might still be there, or just removed, or maybe because the place where you look at your rep says "Latest Reputation Recieved".

All my red rep seems to be removed too. to the admin who did it.

Me too, I've only got positive. Well... i'm not complaining ^_^

Nah... thats because of that automated cleanser or whatever, which occasionally cleans up reps and takes rep from the giver. Strangley it seems (for me) that the actually +/- given by the rep stays in place, just the actual rep in the table dissapears... strange... My only -rep seems to still be there, allthough I dont deny I deserve it.

Nah... John's right.

it's that auto spam-killer... yep... the same one which raped my rep about a week ago.

And it completely removes the rep... both the comment (or lack thereof) and the point value.

I just hope it doesn't come around and rape my rep again... last time I lost about 60 points... that thing is lethal.

Yeah, what icbm said, repeated things or nothing. However, the "spam finder" doesnt really seem to catch anything that is really spam, seems to remove stuff that isnt spam just as often as it does remove spam, has no real effect on your rep unless you gave the rep and seems to have made mortal enemies with icbm by deciding to nuke him.

Its strange, the spambot thing cleaned out two of my reps that just said "wc3player2" but not the actual effect of the rep, so I still got the sweet +12.

And Draco? If you are listening... can we please have an explanation of the rep bot? It isn't very amusing to have an unknown thing that can change rep.

[rant]and People... the lesson from all this: GIVE MORE REP! Triggerers and map makers and all deserve just as much rep as the artists. That tech support guy deserves lots of rep too. More rep is more happiness... when you find something someone has said to be helpful... then give them more rep.[/rant]

anyways its worse to be pelted by the system than to be pelted by the public, at least you have someone to blame when the public pelts you...

Whoa, I totally agree with you. Not just the sheep, either :P I dont know if you saw my sig and said that, or you just felt like it because if you didnt, I would just claim it to my mind reading powers (Oooooo), or yours. People do indeed need to give more rep, more often, especially in the trigger forums and other forums where people dont seem so...giving. Thanks for the compliments and rep, normally my graphics are bad so this is a good sign.

well if you think about it...
there are few artists, i mean its a given talent right? so when we do meet, we all know each other (i have friends on my buddy list who are from art gallery), so we treat each other with kindness, i mean you cant call a bad artist a map hacking noob right?

but then again... the triggers and mapmakers hardly know each other because they dont show enough work, so you may be further apart than you know...
but you, vex, and a few others deserve alot of rep
