Hyung Taekim Style Tut!

Ok first off! Hyung Taekim is an anime artist. Dunt think Im dumb cuz you already know that cuz hes japanese... an azn name doesn't mean his an anime artist (James Zhang and Feng Zhu).
I in my short photoshop exploration was trying to go for his colouring style which is pretty awesome. And browsing his unofficial site: www.hyung-taekim.org i found this lil unofficial tutorial.
And at first glimpse it looks pretty awesome. But I must warn fans that its not really his style since there's a difference still :/. But hell! It's a good tutorial for colouring using PAINTER. not photoshop :(...

I remembered Yoda_24 redrew and coloured a Hyung pic and it was pretty awesome... I'm hoping you might give a few tips if you can.

Oriental people are strange... but in a likable way.

And yes... His style is awesome... and this tut seems pretty useful.

you dont really need a wacom to do this, and painter, you can just use photoshop with some brush filters. aint that hard.

And I'm just kinda irritated by the fact that whenever someone writes "asian" they are talking about The East Asians... or Orientals... when Asian includes many others... Including people of Arab descent.

And there you have it, Candy_Warlock and Carebear are not of oriental descent. And niether am I, for that matter - white caucasian (or whatever the correct spelling), who can follow his family tree back to the first Worcester (Rev. William Worcester or such) to set foot on America after coming from England.

More on topic, I'm afraid I can't make much use of this, I'm not one for the anime type (although X's pics really make it look great!). I wish any who are the best of luck, however.
